3. Digital Educational Products
3.1 Complete Sleep Preparation Manual and Quick Reference Cards
Digital guides and printable materials are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that:
- You have not downloaded or accessed more than 20% of the digital content
- You submit a written refund request within the 14-day window
- You provide your order confirmation number or purchase receipt
After 14 days from the date of purchase, digital product sales are considered final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
3.2 Audio Relaxation Series
Audio products are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have streamed or downloaded fewer than two recordings from the series. After accessing two or more recordings, or after the 7-day period, audio product purchases are non-refundable.
3.3 Bundled Products
When products are purchased as a bundle at a discounted price, refund eligibility is assessed based on the individual components. If any component of the bundle has been fully accessed beyond the refund threshold, a partial refund may be calculated by deducting the standalone price of accessed components from the bundle price.
4. Structured Programs and Challenges
4.1 21-Day Night Routine Challenge
Program enrollments are eligible for a full refund if the request is submitted within 3 days of enrollment and before accessing more than one day of program content. After the 3-day window or after accessing Day 2 content, program fees are non-refundable.
4.2 30-Day Evening Wellness Challenge
The 30-day program follows the same refund terms as the 21-day challenge: full refund within 3 days of enrollment if fewer than two days of content have been accessed.
4.3 Program Transfers
Instead of a refund, you may request a one-time transfer of your program enrollment to a future start date within 6 months of the original purchase date. Transfer requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the program start date.
5. Educational Guidance Sessions
5.1 Scheduled Sessions
Guidance session fees are fully refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are eligible for a 50% refund or a rescheduled session at no additional charge, at our discretion.
5.2 Completed Sessions
Once a guidance session has been conducted, the session fee is non-refundable. If you experience technical difficulties that prevent the session from occurring and the issue is verified on our end, a full refund or complimentary rescheduling will be provided.
5.3 Session Packages
Multi-session guidance packages follow the same cancellation terms for each individual session. Unused sessions within a package may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if the refund request is made within 14 days of package purchase and no sessions have been completed.
6. Group Workshops
Workshop registrations are fully refundable if cancellation is requested at least 72 hours before the workshop date. Cancellations within 72 hours of the workshop are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future workshop date if one is available within 90 days.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Free informational content accessed on our website
- Products or services where the refund period has expired
- Digital products where more than the allowed portion has been downloaded or accessed
- Completed consulting sessions or workshops
- Purchases made through unauthorized third-party resellers
- Custom or personalized materials created specifically for an individual client
8. How to Request a Refund

9. Chargebacks

Chargebacks initiated without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in suspension of your access to purchased products and future services. Once a refund is approved:
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer
- PayPal refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days
- Bank transfer refunds may take up to 10 business days
We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or financial institutions after the refund has been initiated on our end.
